I took my Town and Country in because it wouldn't start sometimes. They charged me $550 just for a diagnostic. That $550 didn't go towards fixing the car. They told me it would be $950 to fix then switched it to $1100. My van ran excellent so I decided to get it fix. Two days later the same exact problem. Car wouldn't start. When you say you will call someone back. Then call someone back. This is the second time in 4 days that we were told that we would get a call back and both times received no call. Nice people skills.
I purchased a Grand Cherokee with zero hassle and at a great price last year. Because of the great customer service I drive well out of my way to get all services done on the Jeep. I've always been given an accurate estimate for oil changes, tire rotation, and upgrades and everything has been done in an timely manner. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
This is our third jeep vehicle from Jim Riehl. We love our jeeps and our service experiences have always been satisfactory plus. The service reps always ask specific questions re: any concerns to help assist with resolving any issues. All employees are friendly and professional. Making appointments has never been an issue. Love the new waiting room set-up! Cashier is very friendly and pleasant to work with. Shout out to Bill Stanley and all employees :-)
Very disappointed in the service and the vehicle. We bought a gently used Town and Country last year. After 3 weeks of ownership the car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks for an electrical issue. We've taken the car back about 9 times for various electrical problems. The most recent problem was the original reason why we took it in. They want to charge us a small fortune to repair something that they can't repair. Sent certified letter no response spoke with service department no help. Bottom line is they don't care.
