All the staff made my new jeep purchase very easy. I would highly recommend Michael Victor if you are looking for a salesperson to walk you thru the process of purchasing a new jeep product. I will be back when I’m ready for another new one.
First time purchasing a car from the dealership and most definitely the last. The day I test drove/ purchased my jeep from them I noticed the steering wheel was pulling to the left and my sly salesman told me, “it was because vandyke is a slanted road”, silly me for not insisting it to be fixed then. Next day after purchasing i noticed the car was never fully detailed, just pure laziness on their service end. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone here is awesome and super laid back. This was my first time buying a new car, and they helped me with everything. They explained everything in detail and showed me what my best option was. I didn’t feel pressured into anything, and they made sure I understood all of the fine print.
