I had a couple warranty issues that cropped up over winter, and decided to take the Journey to Jim Riehl. They immediately set me up in a loaner car and identified some other items that Chrysler wanted to address on my vehicle as well. Good service and attitudes all around. I didn't run into anyone with a scowl or humbug attitude. A couple people were a bit melancholy, but they still acted professional and got the job done. I was very satisfied.
Do not take your vehicle here for service. 3 time i'very had issue with this dealer. Had 4 brand new tires put on today on my 2500 ram. Call the night before made sure tires were in because they had to be ordered. Dropped truck off at 7am. Was told truck would be done in a few hours. Said there lift may not be available quite yet. No worries. I'll come pick it up after work I told them. Called at 1:30 to check status still not done.. said there lift is being used but they will get it done by 3:30. 4pm rooms around get a call... read more
Mike Victor has been nothing but awesome! I am new to the process and he simplified it and made sure I understood everything! This was my second time leasing with him and I can't imagine going anywhere else, everyone has been wonderful!
We also had some difficulty with another dealer's service department for an issue with our Journey. Tim Franklyn was incredible - FANTASTIC service with a smile and even a car wash. Most importantly, help in a way I never expected! I agree with another reviewer - I'm sorry I didn't come here first. Thank you to the entire service team for being so wonderful. You will have all my future business!
Best customer service, best deals! We have leased from there for 11 years, 6 vans, 1 car, going in July to possibly lease again.
