Very disappointed with whoever had changed my oil and rotated my tires. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts enough on the front tires. Luckily, I heard the noise and figured out what was wrong. They need to be more careful! This could have ended badly if the tires fell off while I was driving.

My van has currently been in service for 24 days with no estimated end in sight! 24 DAYS!!! This time. This is after all the 3rd time it's been in for the SAME issue this summer. Just sent my husband up to empty my van, because I never imagined I'd be without my van and my things for nearly a month now. After 25 minutes they were finally able to locate first the keys, then the van. HOW DO YOU LOSE A CUSTOMERS KEYS & VEHICLE?!? How do you keep it for nearly a month?!? Josh was an awesome dealer! He didn't pressure us and found what we were looking for. Our 2013 town and country. We had some issues with the car DVD system that eventually was resolved and some customer service issue but was contacted by the manager right away! Appreciate the call backs and for customer concern by the company. I've bought two of my cars from this company and I will recommend family and friends!

This visit totally surprised me. I came in for my scheduled oil change and was asked if I wanted software updates which would take an extra additional 20 mins at this visit or next depending if I had time. Another fellow came up to me asking if I wanted the windshield chip repaired at no cost. Of course, I said~everything took 1 hr. AWESOME~thank you!
