Wonderful experience purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Not so long ago in a galaxy not so far away, I bought a used car. It needed to be tightened up for few issues. The AC dial wasn’t working and there was a metal on metal sound from underneath. I’m thinking minor break issue perhaps? Finalized the sale, was told to come pick the car up after it was “fixed.” When I got there, I was told I needed to bring it back, because they had to order a part for the AC. No problem there. I realize not every dealer wants to deal with owners that buy vehicles from other dealerships, but Riehl's in Warren doesn't sell Dodge vehicles. We lease a Dodge Durango and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Dodge is from Southfield, but is 100% serviced by Riehl's in Warren because we can't get a Dodge vehicle there, but love their customer service. The Grand Cherokee is leased and serviced at Riehl's in Warren. I have never been disappointed by Riehl's in Warren with either vehicle, despite not buying the Dodge Durango there. Th... read more

Everything fixed loaner car was excellent service very friendly and efficient.
Joel S. Was very professional and friendly! My parents and I loved working with him. Everything went smooth from walking in to driving away with my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! During the test drive, he took the time to explain EVERY feature in the car and made sure all of our questions were answered. Definitely recommend him! My brother, his fiancé, me all got our cars from him and now my mom is probably going to go back to him when her lease is up! Thank you, Joel and the rest of the friendly staff.
I don’t understand why a Chrysler deal would sell anyone that buys a new vehicle a extended warranty that’s not a Chrysler extended warranty . Now that I am just out of factory warranty. Several Chrysler dealer won’t even take this warranty , you sold me for almost $3000.00. Never was even told it was not a Chrysler warranty, but a aftermarket one .
THE best Chrysler Jeep dealership I have ever been to. The atmosphere was stress-free, the sales representatives were kind, honest, and patient. I will be returning to this dealership for all my car needs.
