Called today at 2:40. Reception was very nice. I called asking if it was okay to bring in my truck today to do a lease turn in, she said absolutely, just make in before 4. Minutes after 3 I showed up and talked to the man that takes care of lease turn ins. He was very rude and said “We don’t take dodge rams.” Very unprofessional. Sad because i’ve bought vehicles here.

Great experience from start to finish. I picked up my 2020 Jeep Gladiator yesterday and Mike Victor was very thorough going over the features. The whole staff was very accommodating and made me feel at home. Overall the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.
