On Thursday Evening I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon - which was customed ordered roughly 8+ weeks ago - the salesman was superb and very knowledgeable. I took the time to come out on Saturday after I was told by kawana that the dealership would offer me more than the kelly blue book offer. When we arrived we were met by a sales person because Marco was busy. Not a great dealer at all. Service tech told me I was covered to 120,000 Miles. I take my car in for service and he tells me my warranty ended last month. Then why make an appointment with me? Avoid this dealer at all cost. Update, spoke to the service manager finally after 4 months!!!!! Still a horrible place to buy a car, don't buy one here!
