A little over a month ago my transmission blew on my Journey (2011). The next day I called Joe Riehl & made an appointment to go to the dealership. My family has had the worst experience at this dealership. My sister got a car here on a Wednesday a week ago and my dad was supposed to receive a check for the trade-in. He didn’t get the check the day she picked up the car because they said they would put it in the mail on Friday. The sales guy Ryan told my sister he put the check in the mail on Thursday.
