Ribs. Pork. Chicken. Brisket. Hell, even sausage. All BBQ has the same three basic ingredients: smoke, meat and time. What makes it different is the amount, consideration and attention to each part of that recipe. That, and some really great bbq sauce, too. At Jim ‘N Nick’s, we pride ourselves on using the right ingredients, taking our time and honoring the traditions that brought us barbecue.

I only have one complaint. Their are no counselors available to help me with my addiction to Jim N Nicks.....
I ordered a full rack of ribs and all they had was a half a rack. Then they promised to make it up with spare ribs and then i was told they could even do that. This place sucks! This the 2nd time we have been here and something has gone wrong.
