What makes it different is the amount, consideration and attention to each part of that recipe. That, and some really great bbq sauce, too. At Jim ‘N Nick’s, we pride ourselves on using the right ingredients, taking our time and honoring the traditions that brought us barbecue.

It would be very important to the people of Mobile Alabama is Jim and nicks with open a location down here we have the most pitiful excuses for BBQ on the Gulf Coast. Since I lived in Birmingham Jim and nicks is always the best choice and full moon second because Jim and nicks just has better sides and more variety. I ate my last bone yesterday that was left over from my trip and I'm so depressed.
