What makes it different is the amount, consideration and attention to each part of that recipe. That, and some really great bbq sauce, too. At Jim ‘N Nick’s, we pride ourselves on using the right ingredients, taking our time and honoring the traditions that brought us barbecue.

So how about bringing some of your world famous biscuits. How about getting my order right. How about bringing me drinks when I ask NOT after I am done eating. How about stop saying I am sorry for poor service. How about management having adequate staff for the crowd. Pitiful place.
The poor choice of hiring non english apeaking kitchen help means 10 out of 10 orders prepared wrong and at. high prices .if you hire cheap incompetent kitchen staff why charge the high prices?
Got the three meat combo w spare ribs. No meat on the ribs. Very cold and chewy. Seemed reheated. Biscuits came out after the food was half eaten. Portions have gotten smaller and smaller. Slow service.
Jim and Nick’s has stayed in business bc of their previous reviews from years ago. Rude service and really unacceptable food. Enough said.
We have used Jim and Nicks multiple times for big take outs. After they finally have gotten the order right, food is good. Today, my wife made an order and they told her they could only “guarantee” part of the order. Told her she could not order 2 pounds of white meat chicken, only one and the rest will be mixed. Great BBQ in Auburn, Alabama
I’ve had some moments when I said, “I will never eat here again!” But, last night I was having a meeting at my home and my husband got our meal from Jim ‘N Nick’s and it was incredible. They took care to carry everything to the car and the food was packaged perfectly. It’s time to keep this restaurant on our minds.
When you go to a barbeque restaurant the last thing you should ever hear is that you are out of pork. It doesn't matter if you planned on ordering it or not. This is the second time this location has run out of something. However running out of pork is not something that should take place.
