We stopped here today after the state championship game and ordered $65.00 worth of food only to get 5 miles down the road to find out of 5 different things ordered only 1 thing was correct. 2 of the 3 sandwiches had no bbq sauce at all and wasn't even similar to how we ordered it. On top of that it was the worst tasting bbq pork we've ever tried to eat.Traffic was to bad for us to try to go back to get things corrected especially after we tasted the food. My wife and I visited. Chicken and food sides were very good. But we were stunned to find we were charged $5.99 for each soft drink that were 80% crushed ice. That was enough for us to make the mutual decision to patronize other bbq restaurants in the future.

I received the wrong order. When I called Jim n Nicks the first time I was left on hold for 15 minutes. Called from a different phone and was told they were busy with customers inside the restaurant. When I explained that I am just as much of a customer as the customers inside the restaurant the worker agree to get a mgr. The manager, Katelyn, came to the phone and said she was going to the office to look it up and hung up after acting like she could not pull the ticket. RecommendedMe and my daughter go to Jim and nicks often. The food is always good but service is poor. Can never get tea refills or salt and pepper or anything extra we ask for. We went last week and were seated but never had a server even stop by our table to get our order. The servers and hostess were walking right by us over and over and not even acknowledging us for at least 30 minutes and they were not busy. When you can get full seating, with a complete staff. Then maybe. It’s not worth waiting outside, while three quarters of the tables are empty. Due to liberal science and news media.
