I just went and ordered loaded Mac & cheese like I did like 3 weeks ago. And when I came last time they said it was available, I got it and it was delicious. Now all of a sudden their menu has changed due to Covid-19 which COVID was going on last time I came. I ordered me the beef brisket on Friday and when I bit into the sandwich there was a long string of hair in it.. I traveled from Tuskegee,Al to auburn to get the sandwich and it just disgusted me
Please inform your staff NOT to talk about customers when they can hear you!! We were asked about an appetizer I said no we would like to go ahead and order but she brings an appetizer anyway then glared at me when I stated we didn’t ask for an appetizer. She then complains to a co-worker that we asked for it but decided we didn’t want it.
Let me start by saying I grew up on Jim n Nicks in Birmingham and have always loved it. When they opened in Auburn and I was thrilled. Every time I have ordered food from this location it has been bad. The drive thru line takes forever, to-go takes forever, orders are constantly wrong and/or forgotten entirely.
