Exceptional Customer Service This is my first experience with an auto dealer. My mother gave me her Toyota that she had only taken to Jim McNatt Toyota for service during its entire life. I went for my first visit in August for a 50,000 mile service. I was astonished to be greeted courteously, have the car serviced quickly and with no fuss, and then have the service manager talk to me professionally and courteously, explaining what the technician did and what I needed to watch out for maintenance for my car over the next few... read more
DISHONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT What a disappointment. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. There service department is very dishonest. Do not trust them for one second. I had some work done. It was done poorly and, in fact, they broke off a piece of my dashboard. First they ignored me. When they finally responded they tried to fix it. It lasted for about 2 months and then broke again. I had to pay $150.00 at another dealership to get it fixed properly. They do not tell the truth!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Good deal on a Yaris! This is a great place to buy a new Toyota! I just bought a new Yaris and I love it! The salesman helped me find a fuel efficient car for my long commute to work. I didn't feel pressured in any way. They also have a helpful service department.
Jim Mc Natt Toyota Dodge is great This review is for the Jim Mcnatt Honda. I have taken my car here twice and have both times had very good service from the service department. I have never seen a salesman around so not sure how the sales is. If you own a Honda and need service, this is the place to go
