RecommendedI was there yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation.They were crazy busy but I got took care of quickly and professionally, my only complaints are the asked if I wanted a car wash, I said yes.... didn't happen and they didn't change the stamp on the window telling me when the next oil change is due..... Little things I know but niggly.

I bought a car today from Jim Keras. The salesman and finance man were extremely nice. They were very busy today so we did have to wait but theh kept us updated on the process so it wasnt bad. They had a few typos on our paperwork (details about our trade) so they called us to come back. They met us at the door.. no wait. Showed us exactly what the mess up was and offered us additional gas for coming back. I declined since they had already filled the tank. I would highly recommend this dealership. I sent three emails out one on Friday the second the following Monday and Jim Keras Chevrolet on Thursday. I was not surprised when I had not gotten a response from the two prior emails due to my extensive dealings with vendors. What amazed me was the fact that J.K.Chevy responded within one minute!
