Jim Keras has the best service I've ever known a dealership to have. I bought my car there in 2013 and only had one problem with the car and they fixed it even though my bumper to bumper expired. My service advisor regularly called me throughout the process of it in the shop to let me know what was going on and even let me borrow a brand new car to use while it was in the shop. They truly care about their customers and I can tell. You have a customer for life. ✌️
Went in service because drivers door handle broke on a 3 year old truck. Knew the warranty was out but kinda hoping Chevy would fix because it's a defect, no! We'll after 30 mins in service dept they said cost of a new handle was 480.00 + labor because the door panel has to be replaced. Found a new one on Amazon for 49.00 including shipping and the door panel DOESN'T need replacing! Jim Keras & GM lost me as a customer. Trading the truck for a Ford!

Do not recommend this place . The worst customer service I ever seen. If you don't buy it there they don't want your business . " Don Kelly " told that by gm customer service after I picked up my truck not fixed. Gm said there is noting they can do because they are independently owned. They can do what ever they want to.
