I always make a point of visiting Jim Keras for servicing my car (once a Saturn Astra, since they are a Saturn Authorized Service Provider, and now my Chevy Sonic) when I stop in Memphis while driving between Texas and Maine each summer. They are consistently welcoming and courteous, and the service (usually routine maintenance) is accomplished in a timely manner. There does seem to be an uptick in follow-up messages/emails, but I am happy to recommend Jim Keras for automotive service.

I contacted Jim Keras Chevrolet several times in the past couple of months since I am receiving email saying thanks for your business. I have never done business with them and will never do business with them since they don't seem to care about people's inquiries. I have not gotten an answer as to why I received an email from them and now today I get another email thanking me for my business. No one can answer why and they never bother to follow up. Travelling from Nashville back to Texas when we blew a tire out. Had to be towed to the dealership to get a new tire and fix the spare tire bracket. We had a great tow experience with B &B Towing. Bubba was super. At the dealership our service writer was Rebecca (not sure speller correctly) was a pleasure to work with. Our tire was in stock and she had us back on the road in record time.
