My husband and I had an appointment to take a look at a Tahoe today and I wanted to trade my older Tahoe in, but I wanted to keep the wheels. Marlin was the salesman that helped us and he went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service possible. He got us a great deal and the whole thing felt very genuine. The service department that had to swap my wheels over to the new car were closing up for the day but Marlin made sure someone stayed to get the job done. This is the absolute worst experience trying to buy a car that I have ever encountered! The manager led us on for 48 hours and then was rude and didn't even know my name when he called me back to finally tell me that they sold the car out from under us!! The customer service is beyond awful! There is no way I would ever recommend anyone to shop there! They are lazy, unprofessional,dishonest and rude!
