Bobby and his crew always take care of me and do a good job. The girl who checks you out when you leave could be a little more professional and friendly though.
Took my Chevy Camaro in (that I just purchased March 22) in to get looked at due to the check engine light being on, along with other things. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 (which I was advised would be a 1 hour & 45 minute appointment). At first they said they could not find my extended warranty that I purchased (I had a copy from when I first purchased the car from THIS LOT). Their customer service is poor to say the least. I wouldn’t suggest buying a vehicle there. There were things they owed me such as the spare key which they said they couldn’t find. I’ve called them several times because they would not call me back about the key. Once you purchase a vehicle, they just forget about you. Also, another salesman asked to move my new truck the day I was purchasing it and smoked inside of it. When I complained about these issues to upper management, they acted like it was not important to them.

My Family and I were driving to New York to visit family on our vacation, when our AC Compressor went out. I called other Chevrolet Service Depts and was told it would take 3 days to fix. When I called Jim Keras Chevrolet, Bobby said he would do his best to fix in a day so we could get back on the road for our vacation. When we dropped off our vehicle, we met Bobby.
