Steve Jones has always been very courteous and works with us whenever we have problem. This last one was a serious problem but he and the service technician took excellent care of us.

Bought a new truck here. Thought it would be a great experience with many years of experience. They’re mostly very nice folks who unfortunately largely followed up with action. After 4 service visits, I decided that they either were unable or unwilling to fix my 2018 Colorado that has a failed transmission at 11k miles. They use a weird scheduling and appointment system different than most dealerships. They flat out refused to schedule an appointment for a repair that General Motors even said I needed.
