Great service department and personnel, willing to help out a complete stranger who was on the road a long way from home, and not likely to ever return for future business. Can't ask for more than that!
(NEGATIVE 5 poop rating). Very unprofessional sales management team that will do anything, including telling untruths, for a sale. The higher level management is too high and mighty to return your calls, reply to your emails, or meet with you about existing issues. ‘I got a sale whoopee’ is all they care about! Gossiping so- called men share your personal information with other Memphians that do not have a business ‘need to know’! Go to SUNRISE where people know how to treat other people fairly and with dignity and respect.

Service was great overall....but they need to do better on welcoming customers in the garage for service. I waited for a good 15 to 20 minutes for anyone to come to my car and ask me "can I help you!"

Thanks to Jim Keras I’m stuck on the side of the road 3 hours away from Memphis the mechanic that worked on my truck left the brake caliper loose on the driver side when they worked on it and the bolts fell out this could have killed me and my son and as soon as I get back to Memphis I will have a talk with the general manger !!!!! He should call me just a hint to him
