If I could give them a zero I would. Never have I been so unsatisfied with a company. Took my car friday for a “4/5 hr job” at 8am to get fixed, didnt get a call till 4 telling me the diagnosis after I had called all day asking about it and just reached voicemails or someone telling me everyone is busy. Hello Everyone , I was at this dealership two weeks ago . The salesman Marlon was GREAT but anyways I let them run my credit and it was good , they run my income and they approved me for the loan . They also came back and told me that I didn’t have to put anything down . So they told me to go choose my car , I go choose one and they were about to go clean the car and give me the keys , only to tell me that I couldn’t get the car and that I had to put 2,000 dollars down . RecommendedOMG! El Salvador was a life saver today. I was heading to get things for my son for prom tonight and ended up having a flat near the service center. I went to Honda and they were like we don’t have hydraulic jacks so I pushed on to the next one and yup the service man told me to pull in and he got El Salvador to change it. Thank you so much.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR CARE! My truck was burglarized while left in their care overnight. This is on Tuesday. I file a police report and allow them to fix the truck since it was already in their care. After not hearing from them all weekend, I call repeatedly Monday morning to check on my truck to no avail, supposedly their internet and phones were down. Made an appointment through Steve Hutchison, who met me as I drove up, was very attentive in listening to my specific service request, then got the work done in a timely manner, all the while Steve Hutchison phoned me with updates on when my car would be ready.
