I have an annuity with State Farm. It has taken me over a month to get a distribution from that annuity. If I could change the rating to NO STARS, that is what it would be. I met with an agent over a month ago. He told me 7-10 days. I would not recommend Pat Kline in ************ **or State Farm in general. They definitely do not "care" for their customers. I asked if the withdrawal could be overnighted as that is something that is commonly done in the business world as a courtesy, not with State Farm.

I signed with State Farm in October and was given a quote twice as high as the rates that the people who referred me was paying and the agent reworked the quote and set up my policy. Never was I asked if I was the owner of the car, as she stated that she had my previous poliicy in front of her, but the quote I was given was the same that those who referred me for full coverage, however mine stated liability. I was involved in an accident with a deer and attempted to get a rental and was informed that my policy was for liabil... read more

some years back, my husband and i were visiting grandchildren in *** **** while waiting for our house to be built in tn. there was a clear cut accident where five drunk teenagers totalled our brand new $50,000 cash paid from our retirement money, where were stranded for two months in a hotel with injuries, had loss of work for years due to complications. state farm stalled and stalled and we had been always encouraged to get uninsured and underinsured insurance, we had the full coverage. in the emergency room, one policeman ... read more

On November 28th, I was hit by a State Farm insured driver, trying to turn into a parking lot. Called the police and they filed a report that I sent to State Farm. They said their driver is at fault, and they would pay for my damages. More like under pay. I went to a shop, and got a quote for 8100. State Farm sends their estimate, and it's 3700. I get a copy of their estimate, and notice that they are charging 125 an hour. There are no shops in my area that get paid 125. I also see they want to use reconditioned body parts, ... read more

Insured for 20 years bundled car, home owners, and life insurance. Never filed a claim, had hail damage verified by a home inspector, insurance adjuster and several roofing companies. Had several pictures documenting the damage to shingles and vents. State Farm still denied the claim. They are the worst scammers in the insurance business their home owners insurance is a joke, so dissatisfied and disappointed in State Farm.

Garbage!!!!! filed for an insurance claim after I ended up in a ditch with my child from the city failing to treat a road after a snowstorm, one of those unfortunate events which ultimately lead to two additional vehicles shortly afterward, everyone was ok, however, took several days to get a tow truck and now its been several weeks, to get the insurance company to even bother to listen to the auto body technicians, who they're trying to low ball by only willing to pay for aftermarket parts (which the auto body shop would be... read more

Their claims department tells me one thing and tells the repair people something else. They told me car would be repaired but told the repair people it was totaled. They wasted my precious time in gobbledygook. I may lose my license because of them
