In 12/12/22 I was contacted by a sales rep that sounded honest, and forthright. My previous auto insurance had increased by $100, and was shopping for a better deal. So I got contacted via text and a phone call on a "great deal," I was quoted $299.00. I did not sign anything, or give any money up front. The Rep., said he would contact my previous insurance company to cancel, or I could. I told him I would. My car was hit in a parking lot while i was in a store. Of course no one left a note. I turned in a claim to State Farm. I have a $500 deductable the claim was for $1515. They will only pay $550. They are trying to make me get the repair done somewhere other than the dealership where i bought the car. I TRUST the dealership and the quality of their work. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I switched to State Farm not even a year ago. A deer hit my Jeep yes hit ME and then months later my son totaled my other car which only had liability and they have the nerve to not renew me. Seriously?!? Ive been driving for more than 30 years and never ever have had an insurance company drop me. Like it’s my fault a deer hit me. I have never had an accident that was my fault ever. If they had an option for no stars I would choose that one. How they have an A+ rating with their low reviews is a mystery. They must be spending a lot of money paying BBB for that rating than spend the money on claims people who actually want to work and help. The claims department is filled with people who hate their job and it shows. They need to be better and be there for their costumers when it comes to a claim. Do not use the towing claim. My insurance was not renewed due to 3 towing claims in 2 years and the driving records of 2 other people that used to live with me, one who had a coverage claim almost 4 years ago and one with a claim, 2 and a half years ago!

I could not be more disappointed by my experience with State Farm. In October, one of their customers hit my car while it was parked, causing significant damage. All parties agreed he was at-fault and State Farm towed the car to a body shop for repairs. Fast forward to January and I still do not have my car due to a back-ordered part. State Farm originally agreed to cover the rental car for a month, but I've spent hours of my life calling them EVERY WEEK since the end of October to extend my rental coverage. I belong to State Farm in ******** with Phillip pool and all I can say is they are awesome I been with them for a minuet for the most part paid my bill on time with a couple hiccups here and there. Today I got home from work hands full of groceries and food from work.
