They charge me a lot, from 40 bucks a month to over 100 for no reason. I formally requested information about the facts. 1: State Farm had not responded. 2:The Agent Amanda Christiansen, had not responded. 3: I went to check my account, and now is blocked. If they charge me without contacting me, I guess will have to see how to a court case. They used to be good, seen like they getting crappy and not responding to their customer. It's been 4 weeks since a State Farms customer hit my wife while driving through an intersection. State Farms has been impossible to deal with and tried to pass blame, even though the police showed the woman at fault. We have yet to receive as much as the towing charge back let alone a settlement of the accident. I have not been a fan of State Farms since the 70s.

State Farm is horrible!!!! They are there every month to take my payment quickly . But when I file a claim on my weather damage roof to be replaced they are quick to deny me.
About a month ago my sons car broke down on the side of the highway. It took State Farm 5 hours to get a tow truck there. It is completely unacceptable for it to take 5 hours. We live in the ******* metropolitan area with hundreds of tow truck companies available. He was on the side of an extremely dangerous highway and his life was in danger. If I could give a zero star review I would. I hope State Farm listens and looks up the call. On December 31, 2022 at 11:00- 11:25 Am (Mountain time) I spoke to Nicole about my issues on signing documents for auto insurance, she explained to me that the site was down. I expressed calmly that it's frustrating for me and that it's not a good start to the relationship between State Farm and me because I just switched. After being in an accident caused by a driver with State Farm insurance, I have had the worst experience ever with an insurance company with this whole ordeal. After my insurance company determined the State Farm driver is at fault and owes for the damages, I was responsible for every step of making sure things were taken care of. My first and last experience with State Farm. Several mistakes made. I have 2 cars and 2 homes. They billed me twice on each home, an honest mistake. But they denied it despite me having my **** statement in front of me showing the double charges. Soon after, I receive another bill in the mail for an add on charge for my second home. Trash company. I am having to call every day to get an update on my claim and they are trying their hardest to not take responsibility for their insured. Supposedly they say they attempt to contact their insured but one of the call center agents said they don’t call every day. There is no telling if they are actually making attempts to resolve this issue.

I was driving eastbound, straight on the very left lane on ****** ****** Rd. passing through the ********** Dr. intersection. My light was green. A car came out of the ****** ****** Mountain parking lot. On a red traffic side on her, she made a right turn while cutting onto my lane (a two-lane road on each side).
