State Farm is not a good neighbor. They are absolutely the worst! After a recent hail storm that affected a 1 to 2 block radius around my house my home was devastated. I have asphalt coming off my roof when it rains, my plant collection was shredded, and my house looks like its been hit by bullets. State Farm denied my claim. To add insult to injury more than half (22 so far) of the surrounding homes-not covered by State Farm are currently in the process of having their roofs replaced and homes painted. Terrible company.

On the Auto Insurance side, 1 star only because I couldn't proceed with no stars. My review is for State Farm, not the earnest, patient, and courteous service reps. State Farm's availability to the customer is well protected behind an automated attendant that can take 5 - 10 minutes to navigate, that repeatedly directs you to use the app, only to find out your gut was right and you can't get the answers you need or the person you need to talk to via the app. If you persist with the phone call and manage to get connected to t... read more

State Farm dropped me after I asked i if i was covered for roof leak and my pool collapsed. Mind you I asked my agent only They said no . I had roof replaced out of pocket which ai expected $17,000 and replaced pool as they don’t offer above ground pool coverage . The sheet rock and paint were also done by me as I have A$5,000 deductible. My house has new pool new siding new roof new deck and I never received a cent I just wanted to know if anything was covered and now they are dropping me . statefarm is horrible and lied to me about my cancellation date,THEY SENT ME A CANCELLATION NOTICE FOR JANUARY 17 2023 AND THEN CANCELLED IT ON DECEMBER 1 2022. If I could give zero stars I would!! The lady who hit us had State Farm. It has been well over a month to resolve the issue and they still haven’t resolved it. The claims adjuster contacted me one time within this whole ordeal and that was due to the fact that there was an urgent message sent to his supervisor. I have literally had to call at least 20 times and still haven’t gotten this resolved. No communication during something like this is horrible. I have had State Farm Insurance for several years and have been happy. I have a clean driving record. I was rear ended 1/3/23 and the process has been a stressful nightmare. Nobody in my actual agency can talk to me because it’s been assigned to a claims agent. The claims agent is never available and doesn’t respond to voicemails or emails as of 8 days later. I started a claim for roof on January 5th 2022 they took so long to get it an approvel on roof, water started to coming in living room and kitchen now they have to replace carpet and drywall. Today is January 9th 2023 and claim is still pending for drywall repair, carpet. The roof is done no more water coming into house but but I have a hole in the ceiling covered by a black garage bag. Customer service for claims and total vehicle lost service keep playing musical chairs and when they reach a deadend in helping to a get a fair market value for my vehicle. They disconnect the call.

State Farm Insurance Company has failed to make good on a Church Policy after years of making payments. (20 yrs or longer) A high wind storm hit the church and later it collapsed. All they care about is that you make payments and no claims. We will continue Praying that they will do the right thing. ***** ****** *** ******* ***************.
