I was dropped for too many claims-AC leak, Water heater burst & another water heater leak. One I was given back my deductible due to the faulty water heater. State Farm is “Not a good neighbor and State Farm is not there” when you need them for what you paid for. The claims were not due to negligence and I had been a faithful customer for over 30 years. These reviews should have a zero star option… it better a negative star option!! State Farm is an absolute terrible company to work with if you have to file a claim. My wife was involved in an accident in which one of State Farm drivers hit our car in the rear… three times actually. State Farm was quick to try to claim it wasn’t the fault of their insured despite their driver admitting fault and receiving a ticket. The repair process started east but was quickly a fiasco. I have been with State Farm for 6 months and I’ve only spoken to my agent twice. Both times has she basically degraded me and treated my like scum on the bottom of her shoe. I was trying to make adjustments to my homeowners insurance that was more suited to what I needed. How to Lose a Customer Because of Kike Trevino’s State Farm office, I have unknowingly been breaking the law for two weeks, putting me in both legal and financial jeopardy. On March 6th, I received a text from this office asking about whether my child should be on my auto policy. I’m contacOng you in wriOng to complain about my recent claim (***********) which has been declined in part. I live in north ******* and in the recent months have had some severe wind storms. I observed pieces of my roof and shu?ers being dislodged from the home. Literally sca?ered in the yard. Every storm seems to conOnue to deteriorate the roof more. State Farm agent instructed me to remove trees from my property that were going to cause damage to a neighbors property after storm that damaged a good portion of ****** **. They sent a claims inspector out to review damage of property and he did an atrocious job. Now State Farm is trying to cut me a check for about 10% of the damage that has occurred to my property.

Another company that doesn’t give a ****. Cares more about money then doing the right thing. Went to cancel my parents auto insurance because they passed away and the cars were sold. And I was their Power of Attorney and they refused to cancel and prorate it so I had to let the policy run out

Im a Statefarm customer. It’s hard to impossible to talk directly with your claim handler/inspector/appraiser. It’s harder to get in contact with their team manager or team supervisor. State Farm and it’s inspectors will make your life miserable in order to not pay for your damages.

Like A Good Neighbor my ***! Have had homeowners insurance with this company for over 45 years and not ONE claim. My “Good Neighbor” did the following to reward my loyalty and many $$$ paid to them: In my annual policy , on my declarations page, when I opened this year was an indication of “roof in need of repair or replacement “ then a letter stating that I needed to “complete these repairs” as they claimed this was from an underwriting survey.
