The best service I’ve ever witnessed at a car dealership.
I took my Touareg in for recall work today. The job they did was terrible. Even after i asked them to cut the carpet neatly. They still cut it worse than a 2 year old. They used a piece of duck tape to hold down the carpet they cut out. This appointment took them over 2 hours to do. I was able to check the work in less than 10 minutes. Extremely disappointing. You just lost my business for life.
