Be careful with this place Michael is a stalker and life ruiner.
Why cant zero stars be an option? Worst customer service ever. Glenn Blackburn and Stuart Hendrick are the two biggest liars I have ever met. Stuart is the manager and is extremely rude. And to date him and Glenns lies and mistakes have cost me over $1200.Have the apologized once or shown a single drop of empathy? Nope not at all. Larry Page needs to know whats going on at his dealership.
This dealership is the epitamony of garbage. Their service department is lacking in quite a few areas. Instead of explaining what the part that needs to be replaced is and what it does the answer is "it reads things and is bad" When asked about tires failing inspection the advisor could not even explain tread depth. Beware, do not shop or service at this place. I have no idea how they still have a Volkswagen franchise.
We started our day with bringing in my car to trade in for something different. We were instantly greeted by Ruslan with a welcoming smile and he asked us first what it was we were looking for and what would work best for our budget, then told us our options. I dealt with Norma and left sitting around for long periods wasting time, not to mention they showed me a dirty SUV. I had a pre approval and went there explaining I did not want my credit ran again and wanted to use my deal only. I was told by Norma this was ok and they needed stubs and then i could sign paperwork. Left sitting so long I had to go and was told i could come tomorrow and sign the documents. My experience with Gunther VW at Delray has been extremely disappointing, especially with regards to poor customer service and misleading sales maneuvers.
