My 2018 four month old Tiguan has been taken in 3 maybe 4 times and the problems have not be fixed. They have said nothing this is wrong but when I show videos for them to see said problem it's "oh lets try and do something to fix... parts were supposed to be ordered for one of the problems a month ago but no one has called me to come in and it replaced. After an encounter with an Atlanta pothole, which destroyed one tire and scraped the belly pan of my car, I immediately contacted service advisor Scott Croston. Within minutes, Scott had my car scheduled for service (even before the tow had arrived to pick it up)! Scott then kept me updated on the status of my car and did his best to get it checked out and serviced before the end of the day, even though the car did not arrive at the dealership until early afternoon.
