The folks here at professional and very helpful. The valet at my hotel destroyed one of my tires and rims and my insurance company sent me to a place that would take 3 days to fix. Took our vehicle in for repairs. Leo was my service advisor and a consummate professional. He did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and provided clear and complete information on my repair options. When he realized repairs were going to take longer than originally planned he arranged for a rental car to be provided.
I can't say I ever look forward to taking my care into the shop. However, the service staff at Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Chamblee -- in particular, Rose Shuck -- always do a wonderful job. They care for my car, and understand the value of my time as a busy, working person. I'm able to communicate with them through phone, text, or email. I'll always recommend Jim Ellis dealerships for service!
