I was upside down in a Mini Cooper that I had owned for two years but it just did not have the features and the luxury I wanted. I had a great experience at Jim Ellis Volkswagen the customer service was excellent. When I walked in without an appointment on a Monday morning the place was crazy. I just knew that this was not going to turn out well. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor quickly got to me and said they would work me in and have my car diagnosed in 2 hours. They provided a shuttle to take me to work and repaired my vehicle by 5:00 the same day.
Just bought my fifth VW from Phil Coleman at Jim Ellis - always an honest and fair process! We're so happy with our new Atlas. They had the exact vehicle we wanted with the exact options we asked for washed and ready to go the moment we arrived. Excellent as always.

Reasonable price and good service
I called the dealership just before closing as we were ending our trip from Florida to Atlanta. Our engine warning light came on during the drive and I was freaking out with my family inside the vehicle. Clarke told us to come in in the morning and he’d try to fit us in. He did and VW took great care to make sure my family and I were safe to get back home. We appreciate your customer service and attention to our needs and safety. Thank you, Clarke!!
