I purchased the VW Atlas at Jim Ellis on May 4,202 and had the best experience. Myles was the sales rep who showed me the car and was incredibly knowledgable on the car and its features. He wasn't overbearing, stayed late to let us test drive, and followed up with me in a timely manner without being too pushy! While this was a far drive for me, they made it worth it. They were very helpful (Namely Marco and Zoë) throughout the process and in house financing was very easy to process and overall was much less stressful than many other car buying experiences I’ve had. Great selection and even better communication! Would recommend.
