Alexs was the person that I dealt with this time with my lease. Enough can’t be said about him! He is thorough and leaves nothing to chance. He explained the car and the capabilities and was very patient with me. He found very important things that I had left in my old car and made sure that I got them. The finance department was also great, everything was very ready for me to sign and was indeed the smoothest in my experience. I thank Jim Ellis and all of the people who made leasing from them again a great experience.

What a sad experience here at the dealership. Had sent 2 email inquiries about at truck and no response. Was told they opened at 7:30am not true left my name and information with them as I’m in the parking lot. And no call yet. Sales meeting is over someone asked to help. Then was told I can’t drive the truck because it hasn’t went through service. Salesman has gone now for 20 minutes
