Stay away from this dealership. They put their wallets first, before customer service. Recently purchased a 2020 vw golf. I felt rushed through the entire experience. The dealership closed at 7, my appointment was at 5, I didn’t leave until after 8. It was only me, Karl the finance guy and Diego the salesman. After the deal was done, I was in my new car on the phone with my insurance company to make sure I was insured before I drove off the lot. Worst experience ever with a car! Sales staff was great when I purchased the car. However at 16,000 miles, my drivers window was loose and my sunroof was leaking. They would not even get me a rental to drive until I called corporate. On my return to pick up my car, they had cut one of the runners on top and bent it to make it drain properly. WHO does that on a brand new car?????????? All the while, I’m having to argue about getting service,I live an hour and a half away... Never again

I went to do a trade in. The sales guy, Diego was super helpful. He worked with me. He got my payments where I wanted them, I was approved. This is not a bad review on him. He was great. I Waited a few hours on the finance person to finish the paper work only to be told 2 hours later that the manager read the numbers wrong when submitting them and my payments were actually much higher than what we originally agreed on. I was offered nothing other than “I’m sorry” and they couldn’t do anything. The managers had left for the d... read more
I don't like being lied to. I had water coming into my car today through the sunroof. There is a service bulletin out to remove the red bug prevention caps from the drain tubes which they claim was done. It was not as you can see by the picture. The red cap causes debris like pollen and sand to back up in the tube and form a cement that blocks water from draining. I had to remove the wipers and wiper motor to get to the drain tube.
