RecommendedRachel was So Sweet!! She was extremely helpful! During the test ride of my Jetta we heard a vibration in the back overhead panel. She took the car back and the Technician diagnosed the problem and corrected it. Needless to say, I bought the Jetta and drove it home. Love the car! All the sales, service , and finance people were very kind and personable!! I would recommend them if you’re interested in purchasing a VW. 5 Star Treatment!!
Amazing service department! On an emergency trip to Atlanta I found my VW needing service. It was near closing time when i called but they stayed to make sure I was taken care of before heading back home. Kind people are the best and these folks are just that! Thank you guys!

Jim Ellis VW Service helped us out when another unnamed (Autonation) dealership couldn't. My wife's A/C went on her Passat. The other company couldn't help us out until 4 days later, because of the 4th of July holiday weekend.
