I woke up to find a puddle at the front of my car and when I started it up the thermostat light came on. I called Rose Schuck and she was able to get me in that afternoon. I dropped off my car, was issued a loaner and while there were other issues that came up afterward everything was addressed correctly and professionally. I'm grateful and appreciative of Rose and the teams help and professionalism.
I had a low coolant light that kept coming on. I didn’t make an appointment, but rather drive straight to the dealer service center which I have grown to trust. The water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. Rose is fair and honest and always explains all of the service procedure to me. There are never any suprises

This is my third visit to the service department since I purchased my Golf TDI.Each visit has been pleasantly easy.Every one in service department is very professional,and not pushy up selling services.Although I live almost 50 miles away,I feel it’s worth the drive.
