RecommendedI like Ellis' seasoned mechanics who can speak to not just your car's issues, but have deep institutional knowledge of your vehicle's guts and operations. Examples include our 2010 Tdi has stereo issues now that were noticed in some vehicles back in 2011. Another is the challenge of putting bulbs in our 2009 Beetle with help from an auto parts store (Ellis secured the bulbs properly for us). Courteous, good at explaining, and the personal touch. If you find a car here, buy it! I flew into ATL from STL, and Chris arranged pickup for me at a nearby metro station. Chris and I negotiated over the phone, and he handled all of the paperwork before I arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience went smoothly, and he showed a great personality throughout it all. Big thanks to Chris, Rashad, Lance, and the Jim Ellis team!
