I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis VW. I never get the feeling I'm being pushed into a sale. I get text updates at each stage of repair. They have work stations with free wi-fi. They have donuts and coffee and TV in the waiting room. Came in for an oil change/tire rotation and Leo Leyva in the service department was great! Very helpful, kind and tentative with the needs of my vehicle. He was able to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this Volkswagen dealership location!
I love my VW! I only trust the VW maintenance team to service my Tiguan. Ryan Barry is a great customer service rep ensuring client service is a #1 priority. I even receive texts on the status of my service appt!
My experience is based on leasing Jetta 2016. Even I liked the car, I cannot say it about the rest. I never was told that I could buy additional miles for $0,15 before the end of the lease and ended up paying $0,20. I spoke to other people and found out the same. So, beware of SPAM Calling to Volkswagen Credit is a pure ordeal. 29-41 minutes will be wasted on listening their wait melody I know to the point I can sing with no mistake.
