The people were rude when I arrived and throughout my experience, though the service advisor who helped me was very nice. I asked to be served outside, but was forced to go inside. There was a group of 6 people, including a service advisor, blocking the door on the inside, so it was impossible to get inside in a safe manner. Today I dropped my Atlas of for a coolant leak, the issue was the water pump, I also had a recall due as well. I asked to get my a/c checked, and I always asked for an oil change. When he called he told me about the a/c compressor and how much it would cost, then after I rejected the service he proceeds to end the call and I’m like did you do the oil change? He stumbles and says “oh, I didn’t here anything about an oil change.” Long story short I dropped off my car at 8am and didn’t get it back until 2pm... I think the oil change and the diagnosis test should’ve been free for the inconvenience but it wasn’t 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😫😫😫

Marco was the best car salesman I have ever met!! He was there with me every step of the way. I never felt pressure from him and he helped me through the process a lot. he also got the price down as low as it could go!!
