This is my first new car ever and owning a car in almost 10 years having just moved from NYC. Brian and Lance were both super friendly, informative, patient and fun! I own my 3rd Jim Ellis VW (2 Passats and a Tiguan) and have never been anything but 100% satisfied. I had my 2011 Tiguan in for the 30K check-up yesterday (Yep - 7 years/31K miles!) and once again had the best service advisor ever - Scott C. What a great guy! I have never had a bad one, but he is my favorite. I may switch to Hyundai next time but will definitely only use a Jim Ellis dealership.
I will definitely return back to Jim Ellis for future purchases. It might be 2.5 hours away for me, but 100% worth it. Stand up customer service. Perfect buying experience.
Had a great experience at Jim Ellis Volkswagen. They were reasonable and fair and good to work with - very informative.
Bought a 2018 Tiguan. Daniel was our salesman. We had a very good experience with him. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all it's features and he was no pressure. We were prepared for a lot of haggling but we told him what we thought we should pay for it (based on a lot of research) and he said "wait a minute please" and left for 5 minutes. He came back and said "OK". So simple. Lance, the finance guy, was very professional and nice. I highly recommend Jim Ellis VW.
