Lost my key and had to get another key from the dealership... almost $300. 3 days later it broke and dismantled my ignition. I called and did not get a good response, yet a quote to pay more. I arrived at the dealership upset and was greeted by Leo. He remained calm during my rant and asked me to give him a moment while he took a look at my car. I took my 2011 Jetta in due to engine light warning. I was told it was the ignition coil and plug wires. I'm sure the coil and wires were bad but the estimate was over $700. I elected to just have them replace the coil. Still almost $500. When I got home I saw that the coil was at the most a 10 minute swap at the front of the engine. Easier than replacing the battery. The labor charge was over $200 and the service rep said that they charged around $120/hour. I bought the car new from Jim Ellis and have religiously maintained... read more

I walked into the dealership and Keith Perkins was at the desk and took me straight into his office. I told him my situation of having a 16 jetta that was leased and my mileage was high and why I wanted the 2018 jetta because of factory warranty. They did not have the car I wanted. They located one.
