My GTI had a part failure and I was on a trip with two students to ATL. We woke up on a Saturday with a check engine light. Had the part repaired in Birmingham and then made it 120 more miles before it failed again. I've just moved Atlanta and know that finding a new dealership is a risky proposition. Fortunately, my experience at Jim Ellis made the transition painless. The staff were friendly and professional. Drove off today with a new Golf GTI. The car is awesome but Sterian made everything that much better. He answered questions, he took car of all the paperwork quickly, he was funny and just a good person. No push and no attitude. Would absolutely buy another car and almost bought two today.
