I drove down from Tennessee to looking for a specific vehicle. They had it in stock and were prompt on waiting on me. Millo was knowledgeable about the product and we were able to complete the deal before traffic got too bad. Yes, I would go there again.

I have never had such a great auto experience. I worked directly with Rich and Scott in the VW service department. Communication was impeccable and they were quick to diagnose. Customer service was so impressive and friendly. They promised me my car by late Monday afternoon and it was ready before 11am. They also checked my extended warranty status (without me prompting them) and ended up saving me a ton of money! They gifted me a nice car wash as well. I will be a customer for life!
Straightforward car buying process. They didn’t waste my time bringing me a range of prices and options, just what I asked for and did not try to oversell me like some other dealerships. They also got me into a new lease with less money down than I was going to put down on the vehicle and the finance manager was great and provided sound advice.

I had a great experience with Scott Croston in service. I went in to get an oil change and since my dad broke the latch to open the hood, the dealership was unable to open the hood. Scott went above and beyond to keep me posted on the situation and even send my car to get cleaned. For that reason I will only come to him for all my servicing issues. What a great asset to the Jim Ellis service team.
