Mike Hatcher was awesome. Very personable and professional. He knew every detail about the Enclave we were interested in!! I appreciate the fact there are still a few people in sales who aren't so high pressured, and listen to the customer. The first time we went in, we were just wanting to test drive several vehicles because we weren't 100% sure which SUV we would get.
