Bought 2014 Buick Enclave from Jim Ellis GM Certified. We also purchased extended warranty. This warranty included a loaner vehicle when scheduled service was being performed on our vehicle. Coincidentally they never have a car available!!! It’s been nothing but lies and scams. Do yourself a favor and SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!
RecommendedAll personnel were professional and courteous. The prices for service was ridiculous. Two examples , to change an emission sensor and canister $900+. Parking brake adjustment $250. Need I say more ?
At first I gave this dealerhsip a 5 star rating after purchasing my vehicle about 2 months ago and now I have to take it back with extreme prejudice. Took my car to Infiniti delaer to have looked as it needed another oil change after 3 weeks since getting one at Jim Ellis. Only to now be told that my car needs a TRANSMISSION!!! I am a disabled woman who can't afford to replace a transmission in a car I JUST PAID IN FULL FOR!!!

Don’t think I’ll ever purchase another vehicle from Jim Ellis GMC in Buford, or recommend them. Purchased a Tahoe from them in Sept. 2017. Got stranded in Blue Ridge due to a battery / alternator problem, had another problem - something to do with the A/C and had it replaced, replaced something with the brakes about 3 weeks ago and was told that it could have been tragic, radio computer keeps turning the HD signal back on after choosing off, DVD sometimes has trouble loading and playing, NOW NOW the wife is out of town at an... read more

My service rep Chris was courteous and helpful with my service needs. I return to Jim Ellis for my regular maintenance because I know they will take care of my car and not come up with bogus repair just to make money. I recommend to anyone who wants fair, honest, reasonably price service.
