We have had the best service at Jim Ellis!! My husband and I quit going to Toyota at Mall of Georgia and now take both of our cars to Jim Ellis for our car maintenance needs. People and service are top notch!
Not only have our car buying experiences been amazing here, but the service department never fails to exceed my expectations! Everyone is super friendly and easy to work with, and the customer lounge is second to none! Even waiting on a service with my 3 young boys is easy thanks to the children's area. This place is always impeccably clean and well maintained.

Unbelievable car buying experience - 5 stars for sure. Richard Nourie, our sales consultant, was fantastic. Easiest experience I have ever had buying a car - in and out in less than 2 hours, no haggling (just a great price), fair price for trade in, floor liners delivered within an hour from parts center (while I was completing other paperwork). Our Encore looks and drives great - I have nothing but compliments for Richard and Jim Ellis Buick GMC!
The ppl are so nice and caring. They're also quick to get you in & out. Free coffee, snacks and a dark room to relax in. Did I mention it doesn't take forfreakingever to so the simple things like some places. Love taking my SUV up here cuz I know they'll take care of it and me!
My first (and last) visit to Jim Ellis was very disappointing. I was hearing an awful sound coming from one of my wheels. After a diagnostic they reported I must have hit something or run something over because they saw severe damage and a possible bent subframe. Their estimate was $2,400, and that didn't include work to be done on the subframe. Thankfully, I left and decided to get a second opinion since I was sure I hadn't hit anything.
