I always receive great service from Jessica Walter and the Service Department
Sales department absolutely terrible. When a seller can lie up and down, I’d stay away. What’s funny is how you can catch them in a lie, and they still have an excused. Be very careful when buying from these dealership.And shop around.I have found this dealership to be on the higher end of prices. And very dishonest. Regardless I walked away, and did not buy the car I have been searching for due to their selling tactics.
The Service department is excellent. I usually deal with Chris Stout and he is super to work with and keeps me informed. I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jim Ellis overall. They are the best dealership in Atlanta.
If you are in the market avoid this dealership at all costs. They sell 50k dollar used cars with known problems and don’t stand behind there vehicles. Even certified pre owned won’t help you here! Go to any other dealership if you have a choice!
