Fix my problem. I have had it there 4 times for the same thing and it is still not right.
Went back on their word after a deal was made. I was already headed down to ATL to give my father a ride to the dealership to pick up a truck he had made a deal on, then they called and said they sold the truck that morning (likely for a higher bid). Doesn't seem honest to me. EDIT: Turns out they didn't even sell the truck in the first place, they just claimed they did to get out of a deal

Great service by really good people
I would not recommend them unless by some odd chance you don't like being treated with respect nor as if they value you as a customer. I have been looking for a truck for some time and went there because they had just the type of truck I was looking for. The saleman, Perry, was difficult to get in touch with and the sales manager Bernie was very rude and condescending. The deal fell through for these reasons and my search continues. They really need to step it up with their customer relations!
After a horrible experience at Carl Black of Roswell, Jim Ellis was a breath of fresh air. Steve was a wonderful salesman to me. No haggling. No treating me like I’m just a dumb, single mom. Very friendly and professional. It was a GREAT experience!
They are the only dealership that will service my 2009 Hummer H3. Jim Hardman just refuses to service it for no really good reason. Guess I didn’t purchase it from them, so they refuse to service.
