Unfortunately my experience has not lived up to the best!! Shelton Story has not provided me with the best customer service. He lacks in communication and has shown complete disregard for the credit of $1000.00 that they have been sitting on for 2 weeks. If he can't resolve the issue, then at least put me to someone who will! You were quick to take it, then displayed a lack of urgency to refund it. I guess I shouldn't "always expect the best" at a Jim Ellis dealership.
Bought an awesome truck for my husband and they made the process super easy! Andrea was very helpful and really listened to our wants and needs, as well as Tate! Would highly recommend buying from this company and location!!

Long story, took my truck in 3 times last year to have ac fixed, the last time in October, first couple of times it lasted a month, I told them please insure it is fixed correctly as i was about to be out of warranty. Tried ac this year, same issue, they said its out of warranty, sounds like a compressor, sorry, I have to pay for it, even though they supposedly fixed it 2 other times.. Took it to Hardman, they called GMC and only charged me a third of the cost to repair. Never go to Jim Ellis, they just dont care...Drive the... read more
