RecommendedI worked with ALAN CAVEL, he made sure that I was taken care of how is supposed to. No hidden fees, no hidden costs, no pushing. He took videos of what I wanted and ensured that I was pleased on everything then he personally delivered the car to me in Florida. When he delivered the car he took the time to explain all the features of the car and ensured I was happy. If you are looking for a Corvette he is a Corvette expert. I will contact Alan next time I am hunting for a car.
They lied to me at every turn and they have zero concept of time. I wont be back.
I looked at a Camry. We filled out the credit application but the computer was down. The salesman said we will finish deal tomorrow. Me and my wife left message letting him know we want the car but no call back. Later, speaking with my wife realized the paperwork was gone when we left the dealer. Called the next day, the dealer said they could not finance the car. Told him we have the money only to find out the car was being looked at and then sold to that other buyer.
This dealership lied to us on so many issues. We finally contacted better business bureau because our calls were ignored. After lying many more times, we were told they would send us a check . They lied to better business bureau and said they satisfied us and to close the case. We never received a check . Now, they again are ignoring our calls and messages. They sold us a car with damaged tires, never sent the tag we paid for and renegged on all promises.
Excellent experience and overall service. Craig Ebel was very professional and knowledgeable and made our experience a pleasure!

18 months later and I still have not received my key fob. I have made 3 trips from 2 hrs away and left messages and emails and I keep getting lied to. “It is coming UPS”. When you spend close to 50k on a vehicle you expect a key fob that works. The key fob they gave me was worn and the electronics exposed. They promised to replace it and mail it immediately.
